Laurie Moore is the Communications Director at Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school). She manages the media and communications flow and helps to get all of the d.school’s insightful and inspiring content out into the world. Laurie has worked for 18 years as a writer, designer and editor for web and print. Prior to this role, she was the Communications Director for the d.school’s University Innovation Fellows program. She has also held communications management positions at the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation (Epicenter), the University of Southern California’s USC Dornsife College, and lifestyle website Gayot.com. Laurie is a graduate of Susquehanna University’s creative writing program.
