Currently, as a humble consultant and Founder of LifeGuardian Worldwide LLC , I walk with the staff, on a sojourn of justice, equity, design, and inclusion as we seek to evolve our inward facing efforts regarding the d.school’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. I have been with the d.school since the fall quarter of 2021. What began as a prototype design for sustainable conversations around equity turned into a longer lasting partnership that I appreciate and value to this day. Though I may lead a learning experience or coaching session, the power of transformation rests in our collective endeavor to learn and build from one another. I too have grown from our engagements together.
