With over a decade of experience marketing across social and digital channels, David has dedicated his career to consistently finding new and creative ways to share critical messages with a variety of audiences. Creating and telling stories across retail, higher ed, CPG, and SaaS industries has equipped David with the tools to develop and amplify content, as well as to communicate key principles, for the design community.

A typical day at the d.school for David can involve everything from orchestrating a high-level social marketing strategy for our annual SXSW activations, to partnering with various instructors, design students, and alumni to brainstorm ways to showcase the incredible work they're doing, to capturing photos and videos at the wide-array of events involving our design community. David has made it his mission to ensure that we leverage our social platforms to provide accessibility and transparency to the d.school. We love the idea of bringing our audiences along for the educational, enlightening, and exhilarating ride we take on every day.

When David isn't working—let's be clear, those who work in social media are perpetually online and pretty much ALWAYS working—he can be found discovering and enjoying everything the Bay Area has to offer. Concerts, city hikes, the latest restaurants, haunting a number of piano and karaoke bars, lazy days in the parks—or even spending quiet nights at home watching reality TV with friends.
