At the heart of my work, I try to make the university experience a bit easier to navigate and a lot more diverse.
Niyatt supports the day-to-day organization and strategic operations of the d.school's Academic Collective. Her work spans across resource management, event logistics, course production/planning, and designing "behind-the-scenes" systems that help make our academic program possible. With a background in educational equity and student success, her goal is to build sustainable infrastructure that responds to the diverse needs (and dreams!) of our community. When she's not behind the d.school curtains, Niyatt is organizing cultural events in the Bay Area that promote meaningful dialogue, connection and public engagement with the arts.
