General
As we collectively emerge from an intense year, there is both urgency and opportunity to innovate legacy systems. Come learn from the team behind Substantial, a nonprofit using design thinking to transform one of the most under-loved parts of education, substitute teaching. No education background needed!
Join us in an hands-on workshop at 11 am PST on Tuesday, April 20th!
We invite you to think about the potential for innovation within your own sphere of work. As possibility fills the air this spring, we hope this workshop will leave you feeling inspired to tackle the most persistent challenges in your community.
In the workshop, participants will:
Explore two case studies.
Learn a framework to apply to your own project journey.
And, receive a workbook with tools that’s an interactive intro to the newly released book, Substantial Classrooms, Redesigning Substitute Teaching Experience by Jill Vialet and Amanda Von Moos.
