An advanced course on building communities of practice dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

For those committed to equity work, but find themselves in organizations, schools, or companies who provide little to no support on these issues-- join us in thinking about radical ways of designing liberatory spaces and taking more action.

Students can expect a mix of interactive and reflective activities that will help them visualize their equity work and goals. There will be opportunities for students to design their design work, and navigate complex spaces through adaptive leadership. Together we will engage in courageous conversations about race and identity, and help refine our equity narrative.
