A talk by Scott Sanchez about his non-linear journey to bring innovation and design thinking to organizations, centered on his experience as the first Chief Innovation Officer at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. 

Nationwide needed innovation at scale, which meant spinning up multiple small teams practically at once to drive to ambitious centennial goals in 2026. It also required changing mindsets, such as through creating low fidelity prototypes. Scott will share a story about one of the products they launched and how it impacted the culture of the organization.
